Shipping and payment terms
Your order will be processed and shipped within the week between Monday and Friday. The processing time of your order is usually between 1 - 3 working days. Please note that your order will not be shipped on weekends.

Unless another period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods takes place in most cases in Germany within 10-18 working days. After order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have paid, the shipment will take place as soon as the amount has been credited to our account. From now on, the delivery time is 10 - 18 working days in Germany and varies depending on the item.
Sustainable Shipping
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will try to ship the goods in one shipment, provided we have not made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More payment details
The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days in the case of payment on account.
When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.
